摘要
数字生态体系成为各国对冲经济下行、抢占新一轮制造业竞争制高点的新引擎。以纳入国际竞争力考量的全球价值链框架为视角,运用最新贸易增加值核算成果,通过我国制造业数字化规模和结构与全球空间位置横向对比,得出我国制造业数字化程度较低的初步结论;从全球价值链视角出发,对WIOD2016版我国制造业各个行业贸易增加值和垂直专业化分工进行多维解析;对数字经济影响我国制造业的重构效应进行分组实证,得出数字化投入对中低和中高知识密集制造业部门的全球价值链高端化具有显著正效应的结论,同时指出研发力度更高的部门效用更优。
The digital economy has become the power which the economy grows. Firstly, from the perspective of the global value chain framework, this paper uses the latest value-added trade accounting results to draw a preliminary conclusion that the degree of digitalization of China’s manufacturing industry is relatively low. Secondly, the paper calculates the value added of trade in various industries and the level of global value chain in the WIOD 2016 edition.Thirdly, the mechanism and effect of digital economy affecting China’s manufacturing industry are empirically demonstrated, The conclusion is that digital inputs have a significant positive effect on the global value chain upgrading of the middle-and high-tech manufacturing sectors, while pointing out that sectors with higher research and development are more effective. Finally, the paper puts forward measures to strengthen the government’s top-level design to promote the digital development of manufacturing industry with strategic deployment, deepen reform and give full play to the market mechanism, and speed up the construction of new infrastructure projects represented by the industrial Internet.
