原位聚合法制备聚苯胺纳米材料及其性能研究 被引量:2

Preparation and property of nano-PANI by in-situ polymerization

摘要 采用溶液法制备纳米聚苯胺(PANI),通过液相沉淀法制备MnO2,然后通过原位聚合法制备出PANI/MnO2复合材料,再采用XRD、红外光谱、SEM测试方法表征PANI、MnO2和PANI/MnO2的微观结构及其外貌形式,结合循环伏安法、恒电流充放电以及交流阻抗法表征PANI/MnO2的电学性能。通过实证分析发现,MnO2结构呈现出不规则特征,具有γ-MnO2的特性。当完成PANI的复位过程,PANI中的MnO2开始均匀分散。PANI/MnO2复合材料比容量在MnO2和苯胺单体摩尔比为1∶5.5时最大,比容量在电流密度1.5A/g时为483.50F/g,具有良好的循环稳定性,在充放电1005次后,PANI/MnO2的容量保留了初始容量的75.43%。 Polyaniline panomaterial(nano-PANI)was prepared by solution method,MnO2 was prepared by liquid precipitation method,PANI/MnO2 composite was prepared by in-situ polymerization.The morphology and microstructure of PANI,MnO2,PANI/MnO2were characterized by XRD,IR and SEM.The electrochemical properties of PANI/MnO2 were characterized and measured by galvanostatic charge-discharge,cyclic voltammetry and AC impedance spectroscopy.The results shown that the morphology of the prepared MnO2 was irregular sheet structure and belonged to γ-MnO2.After in situ composite of PANI,MnO2 can be uniformly dispersed in PANI.The specific capacity of PANI/MnO2 was the largest when the molar ratio of MnO2 to aniline was 1∶5.5.The specific capacity of PANI/MnO2was 483.50F/g when the current density was 1.5A/g.It had good cycle stability.After 1005charges and discharges,the capacity of PANI/MnO2retained 75.43%of the initial capacity.
