脑电阻抗监测技术在急性脑梗死患者中的应用进展 被引量:6

摘要 脑电阻抗监测技术是基于生物电阻抗测量的成像技术,其利用生物体液的导电性监测脑部生理、病理状况,产生整个区域的阻抗图或阻抗变化图,具有无创、安全、可实现对脑电阻抗动态、实时监测等优点。脑梗死又称缺血性脑卒中,发病率和病死率高,脑水肿是其常见的致死、致残并发症之一。大面积脑梗死后,脑水肿的发生可导致病死率高达80%。扰动系数作为脑电阻抗的监测指标,它的波动反映颅内水肿的变化,将该技术应用于急性脑梗死患者,可实时判断脑水肿的发生、发展,提高脑梗死早期脑水肿诊断的准确性与治疗的有效性,对改善患者预后有重大意义。 Cerebral electrical impedance monitoring technology is an imaging technology based on bio-electrical impedance measurement.It uses the electrical conductivity of biological body fluids to monitor the physiological and pathological conditions of the brain,and produces impedance maps or impedance changes of the whole region.It has the advantages of non-invasive,safe,and real-time monitoring of cerebral electrical impedance.Cerebral infarction,also known as ischemic stroke,has high morbidity and case fatality rate.Cerebral edema is one of the common fatal and disabling complications.After large-scale cerebral infarction,the occurrence of cerebral edema can lead to case fatality rate of up to 80%.Disturbance factor as brain electrical impedance monitoring indicator,it swings reflected the changes of intracranial cerebral edema,applying this technique to patients with acute cerebral infarction,can judge the occurrence and development of brain edema in real time,improve the accuracy of diagnosis and the effectiveness of treatment of brain edema in early cerebral infarction,and has great significance to improve the prognosis of patients.This article will review the application and progress of this technique in patients with acute cerebral infarction.
