摘要
研究在新媒体背景下迪士尼在中国本土创新升级运营战略的方法,以解决当前迪士尼发展面临的困难和挑战.本文分析在新媒体背景下创新升级迪士尼本土运营战略的有效途径,以促进迪士尼解决面临的困难和问题,提升发展活力,提出基于大数据的新媒体背景下迪士尼本土运营战略升级方法评估模型,采用大数据挖掘和自适应预测方法,进行迪士尼本土运营战略升级方法的有效性评估和决策,采用均值检验进行战略升级方法的可靠性检验.实证结果表明,采用该模型进行迪士尼本土运营战略升级方法评估的可靠性较好,只有适应本土社会发展变化,在新媒体背景下强化品牌推广、创新主题创作、融入本土元素等方式,才能有更好的发展.
In the context of new media,Disney innovated and upgraded its operation strategy in China to solve the difficulties and challenges faced by Disney's development at present.In order to solve the problems and enhance the vitality of development,this paper puts forward an effective way to innovate and upgrade Disney's local operation strategy under the background of new media.This paper puts forward the evaluation model of Disney local operation strategy upgrade method based on big data and new media background,and adopts big data mining and adaptive prediction method to evaluate and make decisions on the effectiveness of Disney local operation strategy upgrade method.The mean test is used to test the reliability of the strategic upgrade method.The empirical results show that the reliability of using this model to evaluate Disney's local operation strategy upgrade method is good,only to adapt to the development and changes of local society,to strengthen brand promotion and innovate theme creation in the context of new media.Integration of local elements and other ways,to have a better development.
