摘要
目的研究急诊胆结石患者实施优质护理服务对改善患者心理状态及疼痛程度的价值。方法纳入本院(2017年10月至2018年12月)接收的急诊胆结石患者(n=80)作为研究对象,以随机表为基准,分为实验组(n=40,实施优质护理服务)、对照组(n=40,实施常规护理),对80例患者心理状态、满意度、疼痛耐受情况、生活质量评估。结果心理状态:实验组焦虑、抑郁评分优于对照组,P<0.05。满意度:实验组满意度高于对照组,P<0.05。疼痛耐受情况:实验组疼痛耐受情况高于对照组,P<0.05。生活质量:实验组高于对照组,P<0.05。结论急诊胆结石患者实施优质护理服务的价值显著,既可改善患者焦虑、抑郁心理状态,又可提高机体疼痛耐受情况,值得借鉴。
Objective To study the value of implementing quality nursing services in patients with emergency gallstones to improve their mental state and pain.Methods Patients with emergency gallstones(n=80)received in our hospital(October 2017-December 1818)were included in the study.They were divided into experimental groups based on randomized tables(n=40,implementing quality care services),control group(n=40,routine nursing),assessment of psychological status,satisfaction,pain tolerance,and quality of life in 80 patients.Results Psychological state:The anxiety and depression scores of the experimental group were better than the control group,P<0.05.Satisfaction:The satisfaction of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,P<0.05.Pain tolerance:The pain tolerance of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,P<0.05.Quality of life:The experimental group was higher than the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion The value of quality nursing services in patients with emergency gallstones is significant,which can improve the anxiety and depression mental state of patients,and improve the body’s pain tolerance.It is worth learning.
