摘要
目的探讨ADM膜在头颈部肿瘤手术中对缺损皮肤或粘膜修复的临床效果。方法我院11例头颈部肿瘤患者应用ADM行缺损皮肤、粘膜修复,并观察临床效果,包括外耳肿瘤4例,口腔肿瘤2例,鼻面部肿瘤4例,鼻中隔肿瘤1例。结果11例病例中,10例皮肤、粘膜修复较好,1例外耳肿瘤因局部感染致ADM脱落。有效率为91%。结论头颈部肿瘤手术引起的皮肤、粘膜缺损或洞穿性缺损,带蒂皮瓣无法完全修复的可以应用ADM修复内侧或部分缺损部位,避免皮瓣深层直接暴露于术腔内,减小皮瓣的张力,有利于皮瓣成活及减少瘢痕形成。
Objective To explore the efficacy observation of that the ADM repairing membrane applied to defecting of skin and mucous in head and neck tumor surgery.Methods Observed 11 cases’s clinical effection who were head and neck tumor patients,applied the ADM to defecting of skin or mucous in our hospital.these cases included 4 cases of outer ear tumors,2 cases of mouth neoplasm,4 cases of nasal facial tumor,1 cases of septal tumor.Results In 11 cases,the skin and mucosa membrane of 10 cases repaired better,1 case of outer ear tumors that the ADM repairing membrane detachment because of local infection.The effective rate of treatment was 91%.Conclusions The defecting of skin,mucous or or penetrating defect resulting from surgery of head and neck tumor.The pedical flap cannot complete repaired,may select the ADM repairing membrane repairing medial or partial defects.This method avoided direct exposure of the flap to the operation cavity,reduced flap tension,conducived to flap survival and reduced scar formatiom.
