摘要
裁判文书等核心法律数据共享、司法信息化建设、法律大数据的商业开发、人工智能产品应用等方面的日趋发展标志着法律大数据时代正在形成。法律服务的核心内容、法律服务提供者的思维方式、法律服务的评价体系、法律服务企业的运营模式等方面均发生深刻改变。法律服务预测性判断增强、数据分析能力和法律服务能力并重、团队合作和精准的个性化法律服务将成为未来法律服务的发展趋势。
Development in the sharing of the core legal data such as judicial documents,the construction of informationalized judicial system,the commercial development of legal big data and the application of artificial intelligence products mark the gradual formation of a legal big data era.Profound changes have taken place in the core content of legal service,legal service providers’way of thinking,the evaluation system of legal services and the operation mode of legal service enterprises.Legal services in the future will feature a greater predictive judgment ability of legal services,an emphasis on both data analysis ability and legal services ability,teamwork and accurately customized legal services.
