摘要
以小焦炉实验结果为依据,通过优化配煤结构提升了焦炭质量,得到当前煤源结构条件下适合7 m焦炉的最佳配煤比例(瘦煤17%,肥煤+1/3焦煤35%~38%,焦煤45%~48%)。研究结果表明:降低气煤配比可以有效增大焦炭粒度,但对焦炭冷、热强度影响较小;降低瘦煤配比对焦炭M40和CSR影响较小,但可以有效降低焦炭粒度,17%是瘦煤对M10影响的极限点;肥煤配加过多会影响焦炭的反应后强度,1/3焦煤配加过多会使焦炭的平均粒度变小,肥瘦比在2.28~2.61时,焦炭反应后强度最优。
Based on the experimental results of small coke oven,the coke quality is improved by optimizing the coal blending structure,and the optimal coal blending proportion(i.e.17%lean coal,35%~38%fat coal and 1/3 coking coal,45%~48%coking coal),suitable for 7 m coke oven,is obtained under the current coal source structure.The results show that reducing the ratio of gas coal can effectively increase the size of coke,but has little effect on the cold and hot strength of coke;reducing the ratio of lean coal has little effect on coke M40 and CSR while can effectively reduce the coke size,and 17%is the effect limit point of lean coal on M10;too much fat coal will affect the post reaction strength of coke,too much 1/3 coking coal will make the average size of coke smaller,the strength of coke after reaction is the best when the ratio of fat to lean is 2.28~2.61.
