双源CT技术对良恶性肺小结节的诊断价值 被引量:2

摘要 目的分析双源CT(DSCT)的碘图和能谱曲线对良恶性肺内小结节病灶的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析2018年3月至2019年3月收治的55例患者的临床资料及CT图像。根据临床诊断及病理结果分为恶性肿瘤(恶性组)32例,良性结节(良性组)23例。均采用双源CT扫描,获取并比较2组病灶的标准化碘含量(normalized iodine concentration,NIC)和能谱曲线斜率(K)。结果良性组NIC值高于恶性组[(0.279±0.146)比(0.196±0.120),t=2.225、P=0.032],良性组K的绝对值高于恶性组[(-3.55±1.88)比(-2.43±1.19),t=2.500、P=0.017]。结论双源CT的碘图和能谱曲线对肺小结节病灶的良恶性诊断有一定的价值,可为临床鉴别诊断提供参考。 Objective To analyze the diagnostic value of dual source CT(DSCT)iodine chart and energy spectrum curve in benign and malignant small pulmonary nodules.Methods Clinical data and CT images of 55 patients treated in our hospital between March 2018 and March 2019 were retrospectively analyzed.According to clinical diagnosis and pathological results,these patients were divided into two groups:malignant tumor group(32 patients)and benign nodule group(23 patients).All patients underwent DSCT,and the normalized iodine concentration(NIC)and energy spectrum curve slope(K)were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with malignant tumor group,both NIC and absolute value of K increased in benign nodule group((0.279±0.146)vs(0.196±0.120)and(-3.55±1.88)vs(-2.43±1.19),respectively;t=2.225 and 2.500,respectively;P=0.032 and 0.017,respectively).Conclusion The iodine chart and energy spectrum curve of DSCT are valuable for diagnosing lung nodule lesions and can provide reference for differential diagnosis of benign and malignant small pulmonary nodules.
