鹌鹑内脏型痛风模型的诱导初探 被引量:5

摘要 目的观察高嘌呤高钙饮食结合限水对鹌鹑内脏型痛风模型的诱导。方法选取40日龄雄性迪法克鹌鹑30只,按体质量随机分为正常组、模型A组和模型B组,每组各10只。实验期间正常组采食普通饲料,模型组均采食高嘌呤高钙饲料,同时模型B组限制饮水量,实验持续40 d。结果与正常组相比,实验d 10、d 20、d 30,模型A组和模型B组鹌鹑血尿酸水平极显著升高(P<0.01)。尿酸盐染色结果可见,正常组鹌鹑肾组织中未见黑色尿酸盐结晶沉积,模型B组由于结合限制饮水量,所以肾脏尿酸盐沉积较模型A组明显。结论高嘌呤高钙饮食可成功诱导出鹌鹑内脏型痛风模型,且结合限制饮水能使鹌鹑肾脏尿酸盐沉积更加显著。 Aim To observe the induction of quail visceral gout model by high purine and calcium diet combined with water restriction.Methods Thirty 40-day-old male Difak quails were selected and randomly divided into normal group,model A group and model B group according to body weight,with 10 in each group.During the experiment,the normal group was fed with common diet,while the model group with high purine and high calcium diet.At the same time,model group B was limited to drinking water for 40 days.Results Compared with normal group,the serum uric acid level of quails in model A group and model B group increased significantly on the 10th,20th and 30th day(P<0.01).Urate staining results showed that there was no black urate crystallization deposit in kidney tissues of quails in normal group.Urate deposition in kidney of model B group was more obvious than that of model A group because of binding restriction on drinking water.Conclusions Quail visceral gout model is successfully induced by high purine and high calcium diet,and the uric acid deposition in quail kidney is more significant by restricting drinking water.
