摘要
本文以电解槽大修渣无害化为研究方向,介绍了大修渣的产生、组成和毒理特征;通过在无强酸、无强碱和常温条件下,通过浸出及化学反应,使料浆中的氰化物、氟化物等有害物转化为无毒的生成物,阐述了大修渣湿法无酸处理工艺的技术原理和试验研究结果;对工艺过程作了详细的描述,介绍了大修渣湿法无酸技术工业化的应用成果。
This paper studied the harmlessness of overhaul slag from aluminum reduction cell.The generation,composition and toxicological characteristics of overhaul slag were introduced.Under the conditions of no strong acid,no strong alkali and normal temperature,the harmful substances such as cyanide and fluoride in slurry were transformed into non-toxic products by leaching and chemical reaction.Both the technical principle and experimental results of the wet acid-free treatment process of overhaul slag were explained.With a detailed description of the process,the industrial application results of wet acid-free technology in overhaul slag were introduced.
