摘要
口腔医学专业学位硕士研究生培养目标是培养具有较强临床能力、科研能力、创新能力和理论水平的高素质高层次医学人才,对口腔专业学位研究生综合能力培养的相关体系进行构建,是当前口腔医学教学研究的迫切问题。本文以口腔医学的专业性要求高、实践性及操作性要求强的特点为导向,遵循医学教育和医学人才成长规律,对专业学位研究生在临床实践过程中综合能力的培养进行分析和总结,从临床胜任力、科学研究素养及科研能力、双导师制、双创能力、就业能力及人文健康理念等方面加以阐述。
The training target of postgraduate students for professional degree of stomatology medical specialty is high quality medical talents with strong clinical ability,scientific research ability,innovation ability and theoretical level.It is an urgent problem for current oral medicine teaching and research to construct the relevant system of comprehensive ability training for graduate students of stomatology medical specialty.In this paper,according to the professional requirements of stomatology medical,high practicality and maneuverability of the strong demand as the guidance,follow the rules of medical education and medical talents,the professional degree postgraduate in clinical practice in the process of the cultivation of comprehensive ability were analyzed and summarized,from clinical competence and scientific research quality and scientific research ability,double-track system and innovation and entrepreneurship,employment ability,human health concept.
