摘要
任职教育需求背景下,课程实践性教学是实现各类人才能力素质培养的重要手段。但受设备配备数量少、学员人数多和教学中操作频度高的限制影响,传统的雷达对抗设备课程实践性教学模式不能很好地满足人才培养目标的要求。基于计算机建模和仿真技术,针对士官学员认知规律和学习特点,构建与课程紧密相关的雷达对抗设备模拟训练系统,在课程的理论教学阶段与实装教学阶段之间探索运用模拟训练教学方法。实践证明,模拟训练教学方法的运用大大增强了设备课程“理-虚-实”教学模式的教学效果,有效提高了学员岗位任职能力。
Under the background of the demand for post-service education,practical teaching of courses is an important means to cultivate the ability and quality of all kinds of talents.However,due to the limited number of equipment,large number of students and high frequency of operation in teaching,the traditional practical teaching mode of radar countermeasure equipment course cannot meet the requirements of personnel training objectives.Based on computer modeling and simulation technology,aiming at the cognitive law and learning characteristics of college non-commissioned officer students,a radar countermeasure equipment simulation training system closely related to the curriculum is constructed.The simulation training teaching method is explored and applied between the theoretical teaching stage and the practical teaching stage of the curriculum.Practice proves that the application of the simulation training teaching method greatly enhances the teaching efficiency of the"principle-virtual-real"teaching mode of the equipment curriculum,and effectively improves the post-service ability of the students.
