摘要
实训教学是士官教育的重要环节。根据学校现有教学条件,结合士官教育教学理念,从课程开发的思路、目的、内容、考核方式、教学实施方面进行船艇模拟机舱实训课程开发,目的是培养学员操作技能,提高其对船艇机舱的使用、管理和维护能力。通过对教学效果的分析可知:与参照班学员相比,实验班学员学习成绩有明显提高,对课程实施的配合度和满意度也更高。
Practice teaching is an important part of the education of non-commissioned officers.According to the existing teaching conditions of the school and combined with the teaching concept of non-commissioned officers,this paper develops the course of ship simulation engine room training from the ideas,objectives,contents,assessment methods and teaching implementation of curriculum development.The aim is to cultivate the operation skills of the trainees and to improve their ability to use,manage and maintain the engine room of the ship.Through the analysis of the results of teaching implementation,it can be seen that compared with the reference class students,the experimental class students have significantly improved their academic performance,and the degree of cooperation and satisfaction of the course implementation is also higher.
