摘要
通过一步溶剂热法制备了新型聚(二乙烯基苯-co-对乙烯基苯硼酸)微球。以合成的聚合物微球作为皮克林乳液稳定剂,在甲苯包水的体系中,通过皮克林乳液聚合法制备了一种核壳结构的辣根过氧化物酶印迹材料。合成的印迹材料表面由疏水性的聚(二乙烯基苯-co-对乙烯基苯硼酸)微球构成,其内核为亲水性的水凝胶。合成的蛋白印迹材料对于模板辣根过氧化物酶的吸附量是非印迹材料吸附量的5倍。苯硼酸的引入提高了印迹材料对于糖蛋白的选择性,合成的印迹材料对于糖蛋白(辣根过氧化物酶)的吸附量是对于非糖蛋白(牛血清蛋白)的42.77倍。亲水性水凝胶内核提高了材料的物质传输速度,合成的印迹材料能够在吸附50 min后基本达到吸附平衡。
The novel particles of poly(DVB-co-PBA)were synthesized by one-step solvothermal and the horseradish peroxidase imprinted material(HRP-IP)was synthesized in a water-in-toluene Pickering emulsion,which was stabilized by the poly(DVB-co-PBA)parricles.The obtained HRP-IP was a well-defined core-shell polymeric microsphere,the surface of HRP-IP was the poly(DVB-co-PBA)particles and the core of HRP-IP was hydrophilic hydrogel.The adsorption capacity of HRP-IP for horseradish peroxidase(HRP)was five times as the non-imprinted materials(NIPs).The HRP-IP exhibited good affinity for glycoprotein due to the introduction of phenylboronic acid.The adsorption capacity of HRP-IP for glycoprotein(horseradish peroxidase)was 42.77 times as that of non-glycoprotein(bovine serum albumin).What is more,the hydrophilic hydrogel core increased the transmission speed of the synthetic materials,which could reach the adsorption equilibrium after 50 min.
