摘要
眩晕是一种以症状命名的中医内科学疾病,全国名老中医郭文勤教授根据眩晕特点与伴随症状及舌脉的不同,结合文献及自己多年临床实践,提出"虚、风、痰、瘀致眩"的理论,将眩晕主要归纳为虚实两类,加以辨证施治,取得显著临床疗效。本文选取相关案例进行分析,通过辨证论治,均取得了很好的疗效。
Dizziness is a named for symptoms in TCM internal medicine disease,Professor Guo Wenqin,a TCM master in China,according to the characteristics of dizziness and accompanying symptoms of Shemai(舌脉),with years of clinical literature and his practice,puts forward the theory of Xu(虚),Feng(风),Tan(痰),Yu(瘀)caused by dizziness.Dizziness is divided into Xu and Shi(实).The disease receives good efficacy by differentiation.Now,some cases were reported.
