摘要
脓毒症严重影响人类健康,且发病率仍在持续增加,病死率居高不下。胃肠道作为脓毒症病理过程中最早及最严重的受累器官之一,加重危重症患者病情,甚至可诱发多脏器功能障碍综合征(Multiple Organ Dysfunction Syndrome,MODS)。随着胃肠道功能在脓毒症发病过程中的重要性得到共识,危重症患者的急性胃肠损伤(Acute Gastrointestinal Injury,AGI)问题更加得到重视。如何防治重症监护室(Intensive Care Unit,ICU)患者脓毒症急性胃肠损伤成为防治多脏器功能障碍综合征的重点问题之一。本文简述中、西医对脓毒症急性胃肠损伤的认识,搜索文献中治疗急性胃肠损伤的药物以及部分中药的作用机制;探讨ICU中脓毒症急性胃肠损伤的中药治疗方案。
Sepsis is affected health in human,with increasing incidence and high mortality.As one of the earliest and most serious organs involved in the pathological process of sepsis,gastrointestinal tract can aggravate the condition of critically ill patients and even induce MODS.With the recognition of the importance of gastrointestinal function in the pathogenesis of sepsis,more attention has been paid to AGI in critically ill patients.How to prevent and treat sepsis AGI in ICU patients has become one of the key issues in the prevention and treatment of MODS.In this paper,the knowledge of TCM and western medicine on sepsis AGI was summarized,drugs for treating AGI in the literature and the mechanism of some TCM medicines were searched,and the treatment of sepsis AGI in ICU were explored.
