摘要
针对盛泰煤业15201综采工作面顶板破碎的问题,提出了提前预注浆加固顶板的控制技术,对钻孔过程中易发生卡钻的现象,采用了分段成孔工艺,保证了注浆顺利进行。现场应用结果表明,注浆后顶板最大下沉量降低了47.6%,超前支撑压力降低了18.6%,顶板稳定性及承载能力明显提高,注浆效果显著,为矿井安全生产创造了良好的条件。
Aiming at the problem of roof broken in 15201 fully mechanized coal mining face of Shengtai Coal Industry,this paper puts forward the control technology of reinforcing roof by pre-grouting in advance.The results of field application show that the maximum subsidence of roof is reduced by 47.6%,the pressure of leading support is reduced by 18.6%,the stability and bearing capacity of roof are improved obviously,the grouting effect is remarkable,and good conditions are created for mine safety production.
