摘要
目前,各大高校都已普遍使用办公自动化系统(OA),但在实际应用中也存在不少问题(存在如兼容性不高、缺乏个性化管理等问题)。该文针对办公自动化系统在高校二级学院的使用现状和日常沟通协作中存在的问题,设计了基于OA+钉钉软件的二级学院办公自动化系统,并将其应用到对二级学院教职工、党务和学生日常管理中。结果证明,该设计方案具有操作流程简单、易实现、成本低廉等优势,可广泛应用于高校二级学院的管理工作中。
At present,office automation system(OA)has been widely used in Colleges and universities,but there are many problems in practical application(such as low compatibility,lack of personalized management,etc.).In this paper,aiming at the use of OA system in secondary colleges and the problems existing in daily communication and cooperation,the OA system of Secondary Col⁃leges Based on OA plus“DingTalk”software is designed and applied to the daily management of teaching staff,party affairs and students in secondary colleges.The result shows that the design scheme has the advantages of simple operation process,easy imple⁃mentation and low cost,which can be widely used in the management of secondary colleges.
