摘要
影响煤焦油沥青喹啉不溶物检测数据的稳定性的原因主要体现在喹啉过滤方式、喹啉的用量、抽滤真空度以及洗涤剂这几个方面,通过新修订技术标准,在大量分析试验基础上将滤纸改进为过滤坩埚并增加助滤剂,将喹啉的用量增加至80 mL,稳定抽滤的真空度,增加甲苯洗涤剂的用量同时增加丙酮的洗涤过程,这些措施将会有效地稳定焦化沥青类产品喹啉不溶物检测数据,提高检测数据的真实性和准确度,使新修订技术标准与国际标准接轨,促进煤焦油贸易与深加工发展。
The factors affecting the stability of the quinoline insoluble test data of coal tar pitch mainly incliKle the quinoline filtration mode,the dosage of Quinoline,ihe vacuum degree of extraction and the detergent,the filter paper was modified into a filtering rmcihle and the amount of filter aid was increased,the amount of quinoline was increased to 80 mL,the vacuum degree of filtering was stabilized,the amount of toluene detergent was increased and the washing process of acetone was increased,these measures will effectively stabilize the detec tion data of quinoline insoluble matter of coking asphalt products,and improve the authenticity and accuracy of the detection data.
