摘要
肌肉骨骼疾患(MSDs)是一种多因素作用的职业性疾患,给社会增加了严重的经济负担。社会心理因素是MSDs的主要影响因素之一,现对护理人员MSDs及其与社会心理因素的关系加以阐述,以期为制定有效的预防措施提供思路,减少MSDs的发生。
Musculoskeletal disorder(MSDs)caused by multi-factors was an occupational disorder that made serious economic burden on society.Psychosocial factors are one of the main influencing elements of MSDs.This paper will give a brief review on the relationship between nurses’MSDs and psychosocial factors,thereby provide some ideas for developing effective preventive measures and reducing the incidence of musculoskeletal disorders in nurses.
