摘要
目的:探讨不同唾液变形链球菌感染水平与低龄儿童龋病及口腔行为习惯的关系。方法:通过口腔健康检查及问卷调查了解223名低龄儿童患龋情况及口腔行为习惯,采用Dentocult SM法检测唾液变形链球菌感染水平,分析不同Dentocult SM分度下低龄儿童患龋差异及口腔行为习惯的关系。结果:223名低龄儿童根据其患龋情况分为无龋组和低龄儿童龋病组,两组在性别和牙线使用方面无显著差异(P>0.05)。而在年龄、用餐时间、进食次数、甜食频率、刷牙次数、刷牙时间和含氟牙膏使用方面有显著差异(P<0.05),并且在唾液变形链球菌感染水平方面有显著差异(P<0.05)。不同年龄和性别组唾液变形链球菌感染水平无显著差异(P>0.05);在含氟牙膏使用、刷牙时间和刷牙次数方面唾液变形链球菌感染水平有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:口腔行为习惯影响低龄儿童龋病状况,唾液变形链球菌感染水平与低龄儿童龋病情况呈正相关,口腔行为习惯影响唾液变形链球菌感染水平。
Objective:To investigate the relationship between the salivary Streptococcus mutans(S.mutans)levels in early childhood caries and its association with Oral behavior.Methods:Oral examination was carried out and recorded carefully for 223 children in early childhood caries and oral behaviors.Dentocult SM test to detect the infection level of S.mutans in saliva.The relationship between caries incidence and oral behavior in early childhood under different Dentocult SM subscales was analyzed.Results:Two hundred and twenty-three early childhood were divided into caries free group and early childhood caries group,there were no significant differences in gender and floss use between the two groups(P>0.05).There were significant differences in age,meal duration,frequency of food intake,frequency of sweets,brushing times,duration of brushing and use of fluoridated toothpaste(P<0.05),and there are significant differences in S.mutans infection(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the level of salivary S.mutans infection among different age and sex groups(P<0.05).Then,there were significant differences in the level of salivary Streptococcus mutans infection in the use of fluoridated toothpaste,brushing time and brushing times(P<0.05).Conclusion:Oral behavior affect early childhood caries,the level of salivary S.mutans infection was positively correlated with early childhood caries.Oral behavior affect the level of salivary S.mutans infection.
