儿童唾液中微量元素与龋病的相关性研究 被引量:4

Determining trace elements in saliva of children and its relationship to primary caries

摘要 目的:检测龋病与无龋儿童唾液中微量元素差异并进行龋病相关性分析。方法:收集无龋组和有龋组儿童唾液样本,检测其pH值及唾液中钠、钙、钾、氯、氟、磷离子浓度及一氧化氮(nitric oxide,NO)含量,统计分析组间差异及龋病相关性。结果:有龋组和无龋组儿童唾液中NO含量及pH值均具有统计学差异(P<0.05),氯离子浓度和pH值与龋病发病的相关性具有显著意义(P<0.05)。结论:儿童龋病的发生与唾液的pH值及氯离子浓度相关,随着氯离子浓度的升高及pH值的降低,龋病发病率升高,为儿童龋病高危人群筛查的临床应用指标提供了依据。 Objective:To determine trace elements in saliva of children and its relationship to primary caries.Methods:Salivary samples were obtained from children with primary caries and healthy children in Shenzhen public schools.The effect of certain salivary trace elements like sodium,calcium,potassium,chlorine,fluoride,phosphorus,nitric oxide(NO)and pH were evaluated.Results:There were significant differences in the NO and pH levels of the saliva between(P<0.05).The levels of chlorine and pH was significantly correlated with caries.Conclusion:In caries free subjects,chlorine levels were significantly lower while the pH was higher as compared to caries-active children.It may be useful to screen and assess the children’s risk of developing caries.
