摘要
为了确保锂离子混合型电容器使用过程中的安全性和可靠性,需要对其运行过程进行监控和管理以及建模和参数辨识。利用戴维南等效电路模型中的2阶RC等效电路模型描述电容器的动态特性,采用带遗忘因子的递推最小二乘法辨识锂离子混合型电容器模型的参数,最终实现了开路电压、欧姆内阻、极化内阻的在线辨识。其研究为锂离子混合型电容器的状态估计和寿命预测等工作提供了基础方法和参考。
In order to ensure the safety and reliability during use of the lithium-ion hybrid capacitor,it is necessary to monitor and manage its operation process.In this process,modeling and parameter identification methods are indispensable.In this article,the 2nd-order RC equivalent circuit model of the Thevenin’s equivalent circuit model was used for capacitor’s dynamic performance modeling.A method for identifying the parameters of a lithium-ion hybrid capacitor model based on a recursive least square method with forgetting factor is given,which realized the on-line identification of its open-circuit voltage,ohmic internal resistance,and polarization internal resistance.The work can provide basic method and reference for the state estimation and life prediction of lithium-ion hybrid capacitor.
