摘要
民营饲料企业是我国农牧企业中非常重要的组成部分,在现代社会经济水平不断发展过程中,对饲料业的生产力水平提出了更高的要求,在此背景下,民营饲料企业作为饲料业强有力的力量能助推饲料业产业结构的战略性调整,为饲料产业的转型升级提供强有力的发展。但在长期发展过程中,成长与草根之间的"家族式"民营饲料企业在人才战略发展中存在一定的弊端,受到家族管理理念的影响,部分"家族式"民营饲料企业在人才管理过程中忽视了人力资源管理的重要性,导致了企业人才管理问题随企业发展日益严重。基于此,文章对"家族式"民营饲料企业的人才战略发展进行了详细的分析和探讨,旨在有效促进企业人才战略发展水平,为民营饲料企业的健康持续发展奠定坚实的基础。
Private feed enterprises are a very important part of China’s agricultural and animal husbandry enterprises.In the process of continuous development of modern social and economic level,higher requirements are put forward for the productivity level of the feed industry.Under this background,private feed enterprises,as a powerful force in the feed industry,can promote the strategic adjustment of the industrial structure of the feed industry and provide a strong development for the transformation and upgrading of the feed industry.However,in the long-term development process,the“family”private feed enterprises between growth and grassroots have certain drawbacks in the strategic development of talents.Influenced by the concept of family management,some“family”private feed enterprises neglect the value and role of human resources in the management of talents,resulting in the shortage of talents at the current stage with the development of enterprises.Based on this,a detailed analysis and discussion are made on the talent strategy development articles of“family”private feed enterprises,aiming at effectively promoting the talent strategy development level of enterprises and laying a solid foundation for the healthy and sustainable development of private feed enterprises.
