摘要
为了解决压缩机关键零部件偏心轴的在线测量问题,文中设计一种基于STM32的偏心轴类零件的测试平台。该款基于测微仪与带编码器步进电机的偏心轴测试平台,实现了多种规格偏心轴零件的测量,并能在上位机上实时显示测量数据。通过对测量系统的误差来源系统分析,完成主要误差源的建模与误差补偿。实验与分析结果表明,文中所设计的平台在测量速度、测量精度及系统稳定性等方面均有较好的表现,达到了设计目标。
A STM32-based testing platform of eccentric shaft parts is designed to achieve the online measurement of the eccentric shaft(key component)in the compressor. The eccentric shaft testing platform based on the micrometer and the stepper motor with encoder can measure the eccentric shaft parts of various specifications and display the measured data in real time on the upper computer. The modeling and error compensation of the main error sources are completed by means of the systematic analysis of the error sources of the measurement system. The experimental and analytical results show that the designed platform has good performance in measuring speed,measuring accuracy and system stability,and has achieved the design goal.
