摘要
根据熔铜竖炉冶炼过程中对燃料浓度的控制要求,提出了基于西门子PLC和WinCC的控制系统设计方案。该控制系统采用西门子S7-1200系统模块作为下位机主控制器,Advantech IPC和WinCC软件作为上位机,采用模糊PID控制策略为控制算法,利用专业调节经验作为知识库,将其通过模糊控制理论转换成模糊推理机制,在线实时准确地自动调节PID参数。并对现场进行数据采集存档、自动控制、实时监控和故障报警。实践结果表明,该控制系统能够较好地实现对燃料浓度的自动控制,具有安全、高效、节能的效果,同时对阀门安全操作和设备安全管理具有重要的借鉴意义。
According to the control requirements of fuel concentration in the smelting process of molten copper shaft furnace,the design scheme of control system based on Siemens PLC and WinCC is proposed. In the control system,the Siemens S7-1200 system module is used as the main controller of the lower computer,the Advantech IPC and WinCC software are applied as the upper computer,and the fuzzy PID control strategy is adopted as the control algorithm. The professional adjustment experience is used as the knowledge base,which is transformed into the fuzzy reasoning mechanism by means of the fuzzy control theory,so as to automatic adjust the PID parameters online,in real time and accurately. The data collection and archiving of on-site objects are performed,which are automatic control,real-time monitoring and make an alarming for faults.The practice results show that the control system can achieve automatic control of fuel concentration,which has the effects of safety,high efficiency and energy saving. It also has important reference significance for safe operation of valves and safety management of equipment.
