摘要
目的:研究转速、催化剂浓度和偏置电压3个指标参数对氧化钛(P25)光催化性能的影响。方法:采用X射线衍射和紫外-可见光漫反射光谱分析氧化钛的晶相和带隙,并通过测量紫外光照射下模拟污染物甲基红(MR)的降解速率,评价转速、催化剂浓度和偏置电压3个指标参数对氧化钛光催化活性的影响。结果:TiO 2具有混合晶相,光学带隙为3.06 eV;最优操作反应条件为甲基红浓度20 mg/L,转速800 r/min,偏置电压分别为+2 V和-8 V。结论:适当的操作条件能够有效提高氧化钛的光催化效率。
Objective:The effects of rotational speed,catalyst concentration and bias voltage on photocatalytic performance of TiO2(P25)were studied.Methods:The crystal phase and band gap of titanium oxide were determined by using X-ray diffraction and ultraviolet-visible spectroscopy from diffuse reflectance measurements,and the effects of rotational speed,catalyst concentration and bias voltage on the photocatalytic activity of TiO2 were evaluated by measuring the degradation rate of the simulated pollutant methyl red(MR)under ultraviolet light.Results:TiO2 is a mixed crystal phase with an optical band gap of 3.06 eV.The optimal conditions are as follows:concentration of MR is 20 mg/L,800 revolution sperminute,positivebias+2 V and negativebias-8 V.Conclusion:The photocatalytic efficiency of TiO2 can be improved by proper operating conditions.
