摘要
污水管网工程的施工和运维管理是市政排水专业相关工作人员所密切关注的问题。如何提高污水管网工程施工效率和质量,以及后期运维管理效率,已逐渐成为污水管网工程项目研究的重要内容。通过应用BIM技术,以"茅洲河流域综合整治(东莞部分)一期项目工程"为例,研究BIM在污水管网工程中的价值,具体有利用BIM技术进行三维设计、施工技术交底、模拟分析、进度管理、成本管理、运维管理和数字化城市。实践表明:在城市现代化建设过程中,利用BIM技术指导城市排水系统的设计、建造和管理是提升一个城市市政基础设施建设和管理的有效技术手段。
The construction and maintenance management of pollution control pipe network project is a problem closely concerned by water supply and drainage.How to improve the construction efficiency and quality of sewage pipe network project and the efficiency of operation and maintenance management has gradually become an important content of the sewage pipe network project research.By applying BIM technology,this paper studies the value of BIM in sewage interception pipe network engineering by taking“maozhou river basin comprehensive rehabilitation(Dongguan part)phase I project”as an example.Specifically,BIM technology is used for three-dimensional design,construction technical disclosure,simulation analysis,schedule management,cost management,maintenance management and E-CITY.The practice shows that in the process of urban modernization construction,using BIM technology to guide the design,construction and management of urban drainage system is an effective technical means to improve the construction and management of municipal infrastructure.
