摘要
[目的/意义]高校智库是中国特色智库的重要组成部分,高校对于新型智库建设的重视程度不断提升,高校图书馆加大了对新型智库协同创新平台的构建力度,致力于提高高校科研水平、政府决策的质量以及与企业产学研合作的效率。[方法/过程]以高校图书馆新型智库协同创新平台构建为研究对象,应用结构方程模型对高校图书馆新型智库协同创新平台核心能力进行实证分析。[结果/结论]探讨新型智库协同创新平台的构建机理及模式,有针对性地提出发展对策和建议,以期为今后新型智库建设的相关研究提供借鉴。
[Purpose/significance]As an important part of think tanks with Chinese characteristics,think tanks in colleges and universities are paying more and more attention to the construction of new think tanks.University libraries have increased the construction of new think tank collaborative innovation platform,so as to improve the scientific research level of colleges and universities,the quality of government decision-making and the efficiency of cooperation with enterprises,universities and research institutes.[Method/process]Taking the construction of the new think tank collaborative innovation platform of university library as the research object,this paper makes an empirical analysis on the core competence of the new think tank collaborative innovation platform of university library by applying the structural equation model.[Result/conclusion]This paper discusses the construction mechanism and mode of the new think tank collaborative innovation platform,and puts forward development countermeasures and suggestions,hoping to provide reference for the related research of the new think tank construction in the future.
