摘要
提出一种连架杆与机架共线位形时的直线导向机构综合及解域分析方法。该方法基于运动几何学理论,采用解析几何法解出所有包含鲍尔点的直线机构,可直观表示出机构尺寸及机构运动学属性。通过施加一些工程上所需要的机构运动学约束计算满足这些约束的可行域,根据约束条件舍弃不满足条件的区域,可快速准确地找到工程实用机构,解决机构寻优难的问题。通过开发的直线导向机构综合及仿真软件平台验证了所提模型的正确性和可行性。
A synthesis and solution regions analysis method for linear guide mechanism when the side linkand frame are collinear is proposed. The method is based on the theory of motion geometry,all of straight linelinkage with Ball point on the coupler is obtained by the analytical method,the dimension and kinematics prop-erties of mechanism are expressed intuitively. The designer calculates the feasible regions that satisfy these con-straints by applying some of the architectural kinematic constraints required for the engineering. The proposedmethod will discard the segments that do not meet the conditions according to the constraints,and then quicklyand accurately find the engineering practical mechanism to solve the problem of difficult mechanism optimiza-tion. Finally,the correctness and feasibility of the proposed model is verified by the developed linear guidemechanism synthesis and simulation software platform.
