摘要
表征精密减速器传动精度的关键参数是传动误差,但目前针对机器人用精密减速器传动误差测量精度分析的问题仍处于空白。为此,以RV减速器为测量对象,利用现有的精密减速器性能试验机,采用测量不确定度评定的方法进行表征,对仪器轴系的回转精度、同轴度进行了实际测量;分析了各误差源对传动误差测量精度影响的程度,计算了各误差源的合成不确定度。结果表明,该精密减速器性能试验机测量精度较高且通过对该试验机进行多组重复性试验,其传动误差测量重复性小于2″,可以满足精密减速器传动误差测量要求。
The key parameter that characterizes the transmission accuracy of the precision reducer is thetransmission error,but the problem of analyzing the accuracy of the transmission error measurement of the preci-sion reducer for the robot is still blank. For this,the RV reducer is used as the measurement object,using theexisting precision reducer performance testing machine,characterized by the measurement uncertainty evalua-tion method,the actual measurement of the rotation accuracy and coaxiality of the instrument shaft system is an-alyzed. The degree of influence of each error source on the transmission error measurement accuracy is calculat-ed as the combined uncertainty of each error source. The calculation results show that the precision reducer per-formance testing machine has high measurement accuracy and through repeated testing of the test machine,thetransmission error measurement repeatability is less than 2″,which can meet the precision reduction gear trans-mission error measurement requirements.
