摘要
目的 探讨根管治疗和牙周翻瓣术联合治疗牙髓-牙周综合征的临床效果.方法 选取2017年2月~2019年6月于我院口腔科治疗的牙髓-牙周综合征患者64例,随机分为对照组和联合组,各32例.对照组行单纯根管治疗,联合组在对照组的基础上行牙周翻瓣术治疗.比较两组患者治疗前后龈沟出血指数(SBI)、牙龈指数(GI)、牙周袋深度(PD)、菌斑指数(PLI)等牙周相关指数的情况及细菌感染情况和临床治疗效果.结果 治疗后联合组牙周相关指数、细菌感染率均低于对照组,且治疗效果高于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 根管治疗和牙周翻瓣术联合治疗牙髓-牙周综合征能有效改善患者的牙周指数及细菌感染率,且临床效果好,值得推广.
Objective To investigate the clinical effects of root canal therapy and periodontal flap surgery in the treatment of pulp-periodontal syndrome.Methods A total of 64 patients with pulp-periodontal syndrome treated in the department of stomatology of our hospital from February 2017 to June 2019 were randomly divided into the control group and the combination group,with 32 cases in each group.The control group received root canal therapy alone,and the combination group received periodontal flap surgery on the basis of the control group.The periodontal related indexes such as sulcus bleeding index(SBI),gingival index(GI),periodontal pocket depth(PD),plaque index(PLI),bacterial infection and clinical treatment effect before and after treatment between the two groups were compared.Results The periodontal related index and bacterial infection rate of the combination group were lower than those of the control group,and the treatment effect was higher than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Root canal therapy and periodontal flap surgery can effectively improve the periodontal index and bacterial infection rate in patients with pulp-periodontal syndrome.The clinical effect is remarkable and worthy of promotion.
