摘要
探讨了以农业为本、文化为魂、旅游为擎等农旅融合的乡村特征,提出了具体的规划策略,即三产联动的生产发展模式,多方拓展的专项旅游市场,以人为本的运行保障机制,因地制宜的生态保护手段,推动乡村振兴战略实施。结合青龙满族自治县茨榆山乡实例,提出了具体的规划策略在实践中的应用,以期为其它乡村建设提供参考。
This paper first discusses the rural characteristics of the integration of agriculture,culture and tourism.And then it puts forward specific planning strategies,i.e.the production development mode of three industry linkages the special tourism market expanded in many ways,the people—oriented operation guarantee mechanism,and the ecological protection means adapted to local conditions,so as to promote the implementation of the Rural Revitalization Strategy.Finally,combineds with the Qinglong Manchu Autonomous County CI,this paper expounds the application of specific strategies in practice,which provides a reference for other rural construction.
