摘要
综述了以美国为首的西方国家在弹药安全性方面的研究进展,详细论述了国外弹药安全性政策、标准和技术三方面的发展情况,重点分析了国外在刺激源分析、弹药安全性总体技术、弹体设计技术、含能材料装药设计技术、战斗部设计技术、发动机设计技术、引信设计技术、火工品设计技术、包装设计、弹药运输、弹药销毁等方面的研究成果,并在此基础上研究提出国内开展弹药安全性技术研究的总体构想和发展建议。
It was summarized that researching development on ammunition security of western country,especially USA,and it was presented that development situation of policy,standard,and technology of ammunition security in details,mainly analyzed overseas research result including stimulus analysis,overall technology of ammunition security,guided missile bodies design technology,energetic material loading design technology,payload design technology,engine design technology,detonator design technology,initiating explosive device design technology,package design,ammunition transport,ammunition destruction and so on.On the basis of that,it was presented that general idea and development proposal of domestic research on ammunition security technology.
