基于模糊理论对地铁车辆制动系统故障诊断 被引量:4

摘要 地铁车辆的制动系统是一个复杂系统,制动系统出现故障时,由于造成制动系统故障的原因很多,所以很难快速排查到造成故障的原因,使排查制动系统故障的工作进展困难,从而影响地铁车辆的正常运行。针对地铁车辆制动系统故障排查难的问题,利用模糊关系方程的诊断方法查找制动系统故障问题的原因,通过模糊关系方程建立起故障原因与故障表现之间的模糊关系,建立相应的模糊诊断矩阵;并通过一个具体的制动系统故障案例,利用此诊断方法得出的故障原因与实际故障原因相符,证明该诊断方法可以应用到地铁车辆制动系统故障诊断。 The brake system of metro vehicles was a complex system,When the brake system failed,it was difficult to quickly find out the reasons which due to the failure,and made the work of troubleshooting the brake system difficult to progress,thus affected the normal operation of metro vehicles.In view of the difficulty in troubleshooting the brake system of metro vehicles,the diagnosis method of fuzzy relation equation was used to find out the cause of the brake system failure,through the fuzzy relation equation,the fuzzy relation between the failure cause and the failure performance was established,and the corresponding fuzzy diagnosis matrix was established.Through a specific brake system fault case,the fault reason obtained by using this diagnostic method was consistent with the actual fault reason,which proved that this diagnostic method can be applied to subway vehicle brake system fault diagnosis.
