摘要
目的:探讨阻塞型睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(OSAHS)患者认知功能下降的特点。方法:选取2018年1月至2019年1月长春中医药大学附属医院收治的患者400例作为研究对象,按照是否患有阻塞型睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征分为观察组和对照组,每组200例。观察比较阻塞型睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征患者和正常者的蒙特利尔认知评估量表(MoCA)检出异常率、各项评分、总分;分析OSAHS的最低值以及平均值血氧饱和度、呼吸紊乱指数、睡眠模式、受教育程度情况,以及患者认知功能下降的原因。结果:观察组的MoCA异常率明显高于对照组,观察组总分低于对照组,2项均与对照组产生明显差异,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的呼吸紊乱指数和血氧饱和度值呈负相关,MoCAS检出异常率与患者的受教育程度呈正相关。结论:患者认知功能的下降特点绝大程度上和反复的低氧血症有关,其睡眠模式和呼吸紊乱指数对此也有一定的影响,患者受教育的程度也是众多因素中的一点。
Objective:To explore the characteristics of cognitive decline in patients with obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome.Methods:A total of 400 patients admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were selected as the study objects.According to whether they had obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome,they were divided into observation group and control group,with 200 cases in each group.To observe and compare the abnormal rate,scores and total scores of MoCA in patients with obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome and normal subjects;to analyze the lowest and average value of OSAHS,blood oxygen saturation,respiratory disorder index,sleep mode,education level,and the causes of cognitive decline in patients.Results:The abnormal rate of MOCA in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the total score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,with significant difference.Conclusion:The decline of cognitive function is related to repeated hypoxemia to a great extent,and its sleep pattern and respiratory disorder index also have some influence on it.The degree of education is also one of many factors.
