微信辅助PBL教学在骨科临床带教中的应用体会 被引量:12

摘要 目的进行微信辅助PBL实习带教模式的应用研究,探索骨科临床实习带教新模式。方法将60名实习生分为两组,每组30名。对照组采用以单纯问题为基础的教学法(PBL)进行带教;实验组采用以微信辅助问题为基础的教学法(W-PBL)进行带教。主要以理论考试、实际操作水平以及对学生的思维能力测量作为学生学习效果评判依据。结果微信辅助PBL教学组的理论考试、实际操作水平以及思维能力测量方面均明显高于单纯PBL教学组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论微信辅助PBL教学法能显著提高临床教学效果。 Objective To study the application of WeChat-assisted PBL practice teaching mode, and to explore a new mode of clinical practice teaching in orthopedics. Methods Sixty interns were divided into two groups of 30 each. The control group used the simple question-based teaching method(PBL) for teaching;the experimental group used the WeChat-assisted question-based teaching method(W-PBL) for teaching. The evaluation of students ’learning effects is based on the theoretical examination, practical operation level, and measurement of students’ thinking ability. Results The theoretical examination, practical operation level, and measurement of thinking ability of WeChat-assisted PBL teaching group were significantly higher than those of PBL teaching group alone, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion WeChat-assisted PBL teaching method can significantly improve the clinical teaching effect.
