摘要
为研究黄芪丹参配伍提取物在心肌梗死模型大鼠中的心脏保护作用,通过缺血再灌注复制模型大鼠后,随机等分假手术对照组、模型组和黄芪丹参配伍提取物组3组,分别给予相应药物进行干预。3周后处死大鼠,分别采用游泳测试、超声心动图测量、Masson染色法、酶联免疫吸附法、TUNEL染色法和蛋白质印迹法进行检测。结果表明:通过黄芪丹参配伍提取物干预后,可以提高心肌梗死模型大鼠的运动耐力,改善心肌结构,减轻心肌纤维化和炎症水平,发挥抗细胞凋亡的作用。实验结果可见黄芪丹参配伍提取物在缺血性心肌中能有效延缓心肌重塑的进展。
In order to study the cardioprotective effect of compatible extracts of Astragalus membranaceus and Salvia miltiorrhizaon myocardial infarction model rats,rats were randomly divided into three groupsafter ischemia-reperfusion.The three groups of sham-operated control group,model group and compatible extracts of Astragalus membranaceus and Salvia miltiorrhiza group were given appropriate drugs for intervention.Three weeks later,rats were executed and tested by swimming test,echocardiography,Masson staining,enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay,TUNEL staining and protein imprinting.The results show that Astragalus membranaceus and Salvia miltiorrhiza compatible extracts could improve the exercise endurance andmyocardial structure,reduce the level of myocardial fibrosis and inflammation,and play an anti-apoptotic role in rats with myocardial infarction.It is concluded that the compatible extracts of Astragalus membranaceus and Salvia miltiorrhiza can effectively delay the progress of myocardial remodeling in ischemic myocardium.
