摘要
为提高独立型交直流混合微电网黑启动的自动化水平和操作便捷性,结合某海岛独立型交直流混合微电网项目,分析微电源的特点及控制模式,研究各种黑启动方式及顺序,提出基于模式自动识别的一键黑启动控制策略,并进行了RTDS仿真试验和现场测试。试验结果表明基于模式自动识别的一键黑启动控制策略能在各种工况下精确识别黑启动模式,同时在保证电压和频率稳定的前提下快速完成黑启动操作。所提控制策略为提升独立型交直流混合微电网供电可靠性和运行操作便捷性提供了坚实的技术保障。
In order to improve the automation level and operation convenience of the isolated hybrid AC/DC micro-grid black-start,based on an off-shore isolated hybrid AC/DC micro-grid project,the characteristics and control modes of micro-sources are analyzed,and various black-start modes and sequences are studied.The control strategy of one-button black-start based on pattern recognition is proposed.RTDS simulation tests and field tests are carried out.The test results show that the control strategy of the proposed control strategy can accurately identify the black-start mode under various working conditions,and quickly complete the black-start operation under the premise of ensuring the voltage and frequency stability.The proposed control strategy provides a solid technical guarantee for improving the reliability and operation convenience of the isolated hybrid AC/DC micro-grid.
