摘要
从政策文本的内容来看,新中国成立70年来,我国教师教育政策发展可以分为三个阶段,分别是曲折萌芽阶段(1949-1977年)、重建扩张阶段(1978-1998年)、协调发展阶段(1999年至今)。回顾新中国成立以来教师教育政策法规70年的演进历程可以看出,教师教育地位得到巩固,教师教育体系逐渐完善,教师教育政策取得创新,但我国在政策制定、政策内容和政策取向上也还存在一些有待解决的问题,我国教师教育政策需要进一步规范政策制定,明确政策内容,改进政策取向。
From the contents of policy texts,it can be found that the development of teacher education policies over the past 70 years since the founding of PRC can be divided into three stages:the tortuous embryonic stage(1949-1977),the reconstruction and expansion stage(1978-1998),and the coordinated development stage(1999 to present).Reviewing the evolution of China’s teacher education policies and regulations over the past 70 years,remarkable achievements can be found:the teachers’educational status has been consolidated;the teacher education system has been gradually improved;and the teacher education policy has been innovated.But there still exist some problems needing to be resolved like the policy making,the policy content and the policy orientation.It is necessary for teacher education policy to further standardize the policy-making,clarify the policy content and improve teh policy orientation.
