基于层次分析法的地下开采钻孔爆破设计优化研究 被引量:1

Optimized Design of Drilling and Blasting in Underground Engineering Based on Analytic Hierarchy Process

摘要 钻孔和爆破作业是地下工程掘进的重要组成部分。施工过程中,爆破作业要按照一定的要求来执行,如岩石破碎、围岩稳定性以及成本等方面。考虑了3种爆破设计方案以获得最佳的爆破结果。使用层次分析法对河北钢铁集团下属某地下矿山提出的3种爆破设计方案进行了分析,分析过程中同时考虑所有的标准。根据得到的结果,选择方案2作为最佳钻孔爆破方案,实际应用表明该方案较好地满足矿山岩石破碎和围岩稳定性的要求。 Drilling and blasting operations are very important part of underground engineering excavation.They should be performed in accordance with some criteria,such as rock fragmentation,wall stability and cost.Considered three drilling and blasting designs in order to reach the optimal result.To do so,all the criteria should be simultaneously considered in the analysis based AHP(analytic hierarchy process).Using AHP method,drilling and blasting patterns in underground mine are investigated and analysed.According to the obtained result,alternative 2 with contour drilling and blasting pattern was selected to be the best decision.Application of this alternative comparatively satisfies both rock fragmentation and wall stability.
