摘要
为了有效治理极近距离煤层开采期间,上覆层采空区有害气体下泄导致工作面上隅角、回风巷氧气浓度不达标的问题。在调风调压、挂设风障的基础上,基于采空区气体流场分布特点,利用本煤层向上覆采空区施工短布距截流抽放钻孔进行抽放,同时配合使用工作面上下端头压力平衡方式,促使采空区压力场分布发生变化,从而从根本上治理低氧隐患。本方法对极近距离煤层开采过程中的低氧隐患治理极具参考价值。
In order to effectively control the problem that the oxygen concentration is not up to the standard in the upper corner of the working face and the return air roadway,which caused by the harmful gas leakage from the overlying layer goaf of the extreme close coal seam mining.Based on the distribution characteristics of gas field in goaf by adjusting air pressure and installing air barrier,the short-spacing intercepting drainage borehole is used to drain the coal seam upward to the overlying goaf.At the same time,the pressure balance mode of the working face upper and lower ends is used to change the distribution of pressure field in goaf,so as to control hypoxia hidden dangers fundamentally.This method has great reference value for the hidden dangers treatment in the process of mining very close coal seams.
