摘要
液压张紧系统是煤矿用带式输送机的关键组成部分,对保证带式输送机的安全可靠运行极其重要。设计了一种带式输送机用比例液压张紧系统,能够实现带式输送机在变张力时对输送带张紧力的精确控制,提高系统的工作稳定性。该系统具有快速响应、结构紧凑和操作便捷等优点。
Hydraulic tensioning device is an important part of belt conveyor,which is very important to ensure the safe operation of belt conveyor.A proportional hydraulic tension system for belt conveyor is designed,which can precisely control the tension of belt conveyor and make the system more stable when the tension is changed.The system has the advantages of fast response,compact structure and convenient operation.
