摘要
利用Dynaform软件对内凹形零件的冲压成形过程进行了仿真模拟,研究了工艺参数对零件成形结果的影响。基于正交试验法,以零件内凹部位最大壁厚和最小壁厚为评价指标,研究了外转角、侧壁长度、内转角、拉深高度、冲压速度、压边力和摩擦系数对壁厚的影响主次关系,获得了最佳的成形工艺参数组合。研究结果表明,当外转角半径R1=10 mm、侧壁长度l=6 mm、内转角半径R2=10 mm、拉深高度h=25 mm、冲压速度v=1000 mm·s^-1、压边力F=7. 5 kN、摩擦系数μ=0. 1时,得到零件内凹部位的壁厚综合结果最佳。将得到的最佳工艺参数进行验证试验,对比了拉深试验和仿真模拟的结果,得出零件在内凹部位壁厚的分布一致。
The stamping process of concave part was simulated by software Dynaform,and the influences of process parameters on forming effect of part were studied. Based on the orthogonal test,taking the minimum and the maximum wall thicknesses in the concave position of part as evaluation indexes,the influences of outer corner,sidewall length,internal corner,drawing height,stamping speed,blank holder force and friction coefficient on the wall thickness were studied,and the optimum combination of forming process parameters was obtained.The simulation results show that the optimum wall thickness in the concave position of part is obtained with the outer corner R1= 10 mm,the sidewall length l = 6 mm,the internal corner R2= 10 mm,the drawing height h = 25 mm,the stamping speed v = 1000 mm·s^-1,the blank holder force F = 7. 5 kN and the friction coefficient μ = 0. 1,and the verification test was conducted by the optimum process parameters. Furthermore,the results of drawing test and simulation are compared,and the wall thickness distributions in the concave position of part are consistent.
