摘要
目的应用中医传承辅助平台(V2.5),分析《孟河四家医集》中孟河医派治疗水气病的用药及组方规律。方法收集、整理《孟河四家医集》中治疗水气病的处方,经过数据标准化处理,录入系统平台,并建立数据库,运用中医传承辅助平台软件(V2.5)的频次统计、关联规则等数据处理方法,分析孟河医派治疗水气病的方剂中的常用药物、组合规律、核心组合,挖掘其组方用药规律。结果共纳入处方97例。核心药物为茯苓、陈皮、大腹皮、泽泻、白术、冬瓜子、桑白皮,核心处方10个,并推算出候选新处方5个。结论孟河医派治疗水气病选药甘辛性温,治疗上重视理气健脾、利水消肿,祛邪与扶正相结合,为临床治疗提供依据和指导。
Objective To apply the traditional Chinese medicine inheritance support platform(V2.5)to study the medication and prescription formula of Menghe Medicines treatment of water-qi disease in"Menghe Medical Schools".Methods The prescriptions for the treatment of water-qi disease in the"Menghe Medical Schools"were collected and organized.After standardization of data processing,the data was entered into the system platform,and a database was established.The frequency statistics and relation regulations of the traditional Chinese medicine inheritance platform software(V2.5)were used.Such data processing methods were used to analyze the commonly used drugs,combination rules,and core combinations of the prescriptions of the Menghe Medicine for the treatment of water-qi disease,and to explore the prescription patterns of their prescriptions.Results A total of 97 prescriptions were included.The core medicines were Poria,Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae,Pericarpium Arecae,Rhizoma Alismatis,Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae,Semen Benincasae and Cortex Mori,10 core prescriptions and 5 new prescription candidates.Conclusion Menghe Medicine treating water-qi disease selects sweet,spicy and warm drugs,treatment emphasis on qi and spleen,accelerating the operation and metabolism of water,combination of evil spirits and righting,providing a basis and guidance for clinical treatment.
