摘要
现代电网的结构和形态日益复杂、评价电网的发展状态需要考虑的指标和因素众多,为诊断电网发展水平,重构了包含电网发展速度协调性、电网发展规模协调性、电网结构协调性、电网安全可靠性、设备水平、电网利用效率、电网发展效益7个维度的指标体系,给出了构建原则及指标选择依据。在现实中处理相互矛盾的问题时,可以应用定量与定性相结合的方法进行研究,这就是物元分析法。将物元分析方法应用到电网发展诊断中,建立了基于物元分析的电网发展诊断模型,该模型不仅能够诊断电网发展水平,还可以确定影响诊断结果的关键因素,给出改进建议。实际算例验证了该方法的可行性和合理性,具有较好的评价准确度和预测效果。
Modern power grids are becoming growingly complex in structure and form.Thereof,it takes a lot of indicators and factors to evaluate its development status.This paper offered some construction principle and index selection basis,reconstructing power grids’index system in terms of coordination between development speed and scale,structure balance,security and reliability,technical equipment,utilization efficiency and development benefit.In face of contradictory problems in practice,it is feasible to combine quantitative and qualitative study,that is,matter element analysis.We established a power grid development diagnosis model by matter-element analysis.The model helps not only diagnose the development level of power grid,but also find out the key factors that lead to the diagnosis results,and give solutions.We have verified the feasibility and rationality of the proposed method by practical example,proving it to be accurate and effective.
