摘要
文章基于模糊物元分析方法从时间维度对宁夏2008—2017年绿色物流发展水平进行了评价研究,发现宁夏绿色物流的发展水平呈现波动增长的趋势,在物流业基础设施和发展水平方面都有所增长,但在能源与环境方面还存在着改进的空间,相关部门应着力从扩大行业规模、促进信息化服务水平、加大技术创新力度及给予政策支持等方面入手促进绿色物流的发展。
Based on the fuzzy matter element analysis method,this paper made an assessment study on the development level of green logistics in Ningxia under the time dimension from 2008 to 2017.The results showed that the development level of green logistics in Ningxia presented a trend of fluctuating growth;and there was growth in logistics industry infrastructure and the development level while there was still room for improvement in the aspects of energy and environment.The development of green logistics should be promoted from the aspects of expanding the scale of the industry,promoting the level of informationization service,increasing technical innovation and giving policy support.
