摘要
生产系统仿真建模技术广泛应用于生产系统规划、评估与验证等过程,但是随着系统的复杂度与需求多样性的提升,传统的手工建模方法效率低、通用性差和重用性低等问题日益显现。论文从航天产品装配过程的特点出发,基于数据驱动建模与仿真技术,构建了仿真模型的数据模型,在此基础上实现了模型自动重构与仿真功能。最后,基于Plant Simulation仿真软件,设计并开发了航天产品数据驱动建模、仿真与优化及三维可视化布局数据管理系统。论文以某典型航天产品总装车间为研究对象,验证了该方法与系统的可行性。
Production system modeling and simulation is widely applied to the planning,evaluation and verification processes of production system.However,with the increasing system complexity and product diversity,disadvantages such as low efficiency,poor portability and low reusability of traditional modeling methods are becoming more and more obvious.Based on the characteristics and specializations found in the assembly process of aerospace products as well as the data-driven modeling and simulation technology,a data model of its simulation model is constructed.And then,the functions of automatic reconstruction and simulation of the model achieved based on the data model.Finally,the visualization layout,modeling,simulation and optimization system of aerospace product is designed and developed based on plant simulation software.In this paper,the feasibility of both the method and the system are verified by applying them to the assembly workshop of an aerospace product.
