摘要
目的观察微创埋线治疗儿童精神发育迟滞的临床疗效。方法将符合纳入标准的100例精神发育迟滞患者随机分为针刺组和埋线组,每组50例。两组均取神门、百会、神庭、四神聪、言语一区、言语二区、言语三区,针刺组应用传统针刺法,埋线组采用微创埋线法(PGA缝线),应用婴儿-初中生生活能力量表和Gesell发展诊断量表评价患者适应行为能力和智力。结果两组治疗后婴儿-初中生生活能力量表和Gesell发展诊断量表评分与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),治疗后组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),经Spearman相关性分析得出年龄与婴儿-初中生生活能力和Gesell智力发育商数均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论微创埋线能有效提高精神发育迟滞儿童智力水平和适应行为能力,越早治疗效果越好。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of microinvasive thread embedding treatment for child mental retardation.Method One hundred patients with mental retardation meeting the inclusion criteria were randomized to acupuncture and thread embedding groups,50 cases each.Points Shenmen(HT7),Baihui(GV20),Shenting(GV24)and Sishencong(Ex-HN1),and speech area 1,speech area 2 and speech area 3 were selected in both groups.The acupuncture group received conventional acupuncture and the thread embedding group,microinvasive thread embedding(PAG suture).The Infants-Junior Middle School Students’Social-Life Abilities Scale and the Gesell Developmental Scale were used to assess intelligence and adaptive behavior in the children.Result The Infants-Junior Middle School Students’Social-Life Abilities Scale score and the Gesell Developmental Scale score had statistically significant pre-/post-treatment differences in the two groups(P<0.01)and post-treatment differences between them(P<0.05).Spearman rank correlation analysis showed a statistically significant correlation between the age and infants-junior middle school students’social-life abilities or Gesell developmental quotient(P<0.01).Conclusion Microinvasive thread embedding can effectively improve intelligence and adaptive behavior in children with mental retardation.The earlier the treatment,the better the effect.
